Standard Project Milestones
For contract works, we structure payments in line with key project deliverables:
Project Advance / Mobilization
Due upon contract signature, site surveys, CAD drawing releases, and material procurement initiation.
Fabrication Milestone
Due upon completion of custom metal/GRP fabrication inside our Doha workshop, prior to site delivery.
Handover & Sign-off
Due after successful site installation, structural validation, client inspection list completion, and certificate delivery.
